IMHO, the best movie ever made! , November, 25, 2008

Due to lack of advertising, I didn't see this movie til a few years after its release when a good friend of mine bought it for me and I'm very glad he did. This movie is up there with my top favorite movies. Buy this movie, you won't be disappointed...and if you are, I doubt it'll take you long to find a new owner for your Boondock Saints.

I love this movie , November, 18, 2008

I love this movie because it is a combination between action and comedy and it has an interesting argument. The two main characters are murderers. However, they only go after criminals, and criminals who perform the worst crimes. So they are like vigilantes.... Irish Catholic vigilantes at that. I absolutely love this movie and it's plot. It is funny and action packed. I recommend this movie to everyone. Although it is too violent for people under the age of 17.

Makes a nice crunching sound when you shred it.... , November, 13, 2008

I'd rather eat cold pork gravy with a hair in it than sit though this thing again. This is the only DVD that I owned that actually ran though my shredder after watching it. Some films are so bad their good. This waste of time is so bad it's bad. If the Sopranos and Death Wish films were first cousins and they decided to have a baby, this film is the red haired, bucktooth freckled faced spawn that this union would bring - and this kid won't shut up.

This is a headache inducing ride through the mind of someone that obviously experienced some sort of Junior High School "that's cool session" he never got over. What a load this morality play is - an inch deep and an inch wide.

Charles Bukowski once said after reading "War and Peace" "I kept reading the book and thinking this is supposed to be good. They tell me it's good but it's not. I'm not getting this. There is some kind of trick being played on me here". Well, you are going to feel exactly like that when your done with this thing.

I heard the director of this stinker was discovered in a bar mixing drinks. Believe me, he needed that kind of edge. Like a ugly girl that starts looking good after 4 or 5 drinks the guys that financed this "venture" must have rolled over in the morning and checked their hands for a wedding ring.

I saw a youtube video where the director of this thing promises a sequel to Boondock Saints. You're dreamin' buddy. Stick to what you know - "Double Scotch water back...and make it snappy."

The perfect Christmas gift for someone that you want to never see again.
