The Lord of the Rings (the whole series) is the BEST FILM ever made. The Lord of the Rings is more than simply a film it is ART. Elijah Wood's acting in the film is the best I've ever seen, not to mention the outstanding performance from Sean Astin and the rest of the cast. The movie won every Oscar it was nominated for. It's a crying shame that the actors were not nominated for Oscars, I feel that if Elijah Wood is not worthy of an Oscar that they should stop giving them out.

" I know. It's all wrong. By rights we shouldn't even be here. But we are. It's like in the great stories, Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger, they were. And sometimes you didn't want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? But in the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something, even if you were too small to understand why. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back, only they didn't. They kept going. Because they were holding on to something."

"That there's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo... and it's worth fighting for"

I watch this scene whenever I feel overwhelmed with all the challenges in life. We can't decide the circumstances in our lives. But we can, and we must, choose our character.

We so often ask the universe for what we want. Yet, we forget it is the universe that asks us for what she wants.

Being a HUGE LOTR fan, this combo was like a dream for me. And its well worth the money! Go for it!
